The Best Things In Life Are Pink: From Danielle’s Childhood

Okay, besides my Pink Internet Marketing blog, there are a lot of great things that come in pink. And here are some great things from my childhood that came in pink.

Pretty in PinkPretty in Pink Movie

Rich boy meets poor girl. Rich boy and poor girl fall in love and battle adversity. A great story that proves that love conquers even the biggest barriers - including the disapproval of rich friends. Great 80s clothes and great 80s dialog. And you have to love Ducky. :D

BarbapapasBarbapapa

I love the Barbapapas - and especially Barbapapa who is the “dad” or leader of the group of funny lumpy things. It’s a French thing. Barbapapa is the word for cotton candy in French BTW. ;)

Making Mike’s Calzones on Pink SEO

Inspired by Mike’s Calzone Recipe.

I knew that the random picture that Mike found in Google image search could not do justice to his delicious calzone recipe, so here is my interpretation.

The day I realized I was a blogger

The weekend after the contest ended I decided to pay some attention to my xbox, which I have been shamefully neglecting lately. I popped in the Sims2 game, and started playing my saved game. My character, Danielle (so creative) ate the sandwich that I presume she made last time I played. When she was done with her meal, I had her walk over to the computer where she started to work on her blog that had 5% popularity. I had her work on her blog for a few minutes (my time not Sims time) and then stopped myself.

OMG!

I was blogging in Sims. After blogging for 2 1/2 months I decided to play video games and the most exciting thing I could think to do in the video game was blog. Okay, besides the fact that this makes me totally lame, it also made me see that no matter what I do, I am now “a blogger”.

Needless to say I turned off my xbox and moved myself over to my computer to work on my blog. :-)

So I guess I want to hear from other people: How did you come to realize that you were a blogger? Was it in one instant of dumbfounded dawning like me, or was your realization more gradual?
